Bugs - Bugs Section cannot create topic., no"Recent" files shows nothing

The last file I worked on doesn't show up in the "Recent files" selection. No files show up there.

In the "Bugs" forum I cannot create a new topic.

Yes, I'd also like to list some bugs / suggestions ... but cannot create a topic in Bugs section or in Features & Suggestions sections :(
